Project Manager – Facade Packages

About the role

The role leads end‑to‑end delivery of façade packages for commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects in Singapore, covering contract award, design coordination, fabrication, installation and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for curtain walls, cladding, aluminium systems and glazing, from contract review to final handover.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, structural engineers and façade consultants on design development, shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs.
• Oversee fabrication schedules, liaise with suppliers and fabricators to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Plan and supervise site installation works, monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues and maintain quality standards.
• Track project costs, identify variations and manage claims and progress payment applications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and workmanship standards.
• Chair and attend site meetings, prepare minutes, progress reports and look‑ahead programmes.
• Coordinate mock‑up and testing requirements (water tightness, structural, thermal) and manage defect rectification.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in façade, building envelope or curtain‑wall project management, preferably with a subcontractor or specialist façade company.
• Proven track record delivering façade packages independently from start to handover.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across design, fabrication and site teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA regulations, site safety requirements and construction contractual frameworks.
