Project Manager for AI Presentation Training – $70/hr

About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train a new language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI‑generated presentations across a range of executive reporting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end process for steering‑committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, and executive escalation one‑pagers.
• Define and maintain reporting cadences, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality slide materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather content, provide feedback on AI‑generated drafts, and iterate toward final presentations.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies related to the AI training pipeline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program management or PMO leadership experience at a sizable organization.
• Proven ownership of steering‑committee or executive reporting cadences.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship.
