Project Manager – HDB & Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HDB BTO and residential building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met while coordinating diverse project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from planning through completion, meeting safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, contracts and regulations.
• Control budgets, cost variations and financial performance throughout the project.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
