Project Manager – HDB & Residential Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of HDB BTO and other residential projects. You will own the end‑to‑end execution, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning through completion.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Control budgets, variations and overall financial performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
