Project Manager – Hospitality & Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hospitality and corporate fit‑out projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within scope and budget while upholding the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and administer projects using established work processes and quality management systems.
• Lead interactive planning sessions and develop detailed project schedules.
• Identify risks, maintain a project risk register, and implement mitigation measures.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure all work‑package requirements are met.
• Manage project team members to ensure efficient and correct task completion.
• Support procurement and contract administration, including preparing specifications, reviewing submissions, negotiating with contractors, chairing meetings, and closing final accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality and corporate fit‑out projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional accreditation preferred (e.g., PMP, RICS, CIOB).
• Good understanding of statutory submissions for fit‑out work.
• Ability to work independently, run construction meetings and coordinate between clients, consultants and contractors.
