Project Manager – ICT Infrastructure & Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ICT infrastructure and security projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance with Singapore Government standards. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through maintenance and warranty periods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular work group meetings and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Perform stakeholder management, keeping relevant parties informed on a timely basis.
• Manage issue and risk management processes and procedures.
• Maintain the project schedule and lead activities toward successful project closure, including performance guarantee and warranty periods.
• Lead application maintenance and support services during the maintenance phase, covering contract management, service level management, change request management, problem and incident management, audit and security services, and risk management.
• Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives to deliver secured systems.

Required profile

• Relevant certification such as CITPM, PMP, COMIT or equivalent (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience across full project development life cycles, preferably in medium to large ICT projects for the government sector.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure projects (systems, cloud, network, facilities, data centre).
• Experience with Singapore Government procurement, governance processes and security standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMP.
