Project Manager, Information Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong Forward Deployed Engineering mindset to lead AI, automation, ERP and custom software projects. The role blends customer operations, project management and business analysis, requiring close collaboration with both clients and internal engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of software, AI, automation and digital transformation projects, from requirements gathering to post‑deployment support.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements, and track progress, risks and issues.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, translate business problems into technical solutions and prototype rapid proofs of concept.
• Coordinate developers, vendors and stakeholders, conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates.
• Lead UAT, deployment, go‑live preparation, user training and handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in IT project delivery, preferably with exposure to AI, automation or ERP implementations.
