Project Manager – IT & Software Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent internal IT and software development projects. You will ensure consistent delivery across all workstreams, drive execution, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage several small‑ to medium‑scale IT and software development projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify blockers early, follow up, and escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a decisive execution leader, removing roadblocks and driving timely decision‑making.
• Identify and communicate project risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Enforce project governance, documenting requirements and managing scope changes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against objectives and address issues promptly.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare and present status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on project management experience in IT/software development.
• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Agile certification (PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• Agile project management methodologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Agile certifications such as PMI‑ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA).
