Project Manager

About the role

ASA Contracts is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead interior refurbishment projects from initiation to handover. Based on‑site in Singapore, you will coordinate all project phases, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget and allocate resources for interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and the in‑house workshop team.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, manage changes and ensure timely delivery of materials, furniture and fittings.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare status reports and manage risk and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and client communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven project leadership experience in interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Experience in expediting, logistics coordination and material delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
