About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the delivery of technology initiatives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You will work across multiple teams to align business needs with technical solutions and ensure successful execution of key projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of initiatives, from planning through execution and follow‑up.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support implementation efforts and ensure smooth coordination.
• Contribute to planning activities, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal standards and practices.
• Identify potential challenges and support issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in project delivery, business analysis, or similar roles within a financial and technology environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outputs.
• General understanding of business processes and workflows in a complex organization.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and supporting delivery activities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
