Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from the preliminary site stage through to final inspections. The role involves coordinating multiple trades, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality and safety standards on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from site mobilisation to final hand‑over.
• Assign daily tasks, conduct on‑site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, RTO, subcontractors and workforce.
• Monitor expenditures, minimise material waste and handle procurement of materials, hardware, tools and equipment.
• Prepare project reports, technical drawings and documentation for authority submissions and approvals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date construction drawings and specifications, and verify details, defects and variations before construction or payment processing.
• Resolve delays, conflicts and unforeseen issues promptly.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and multi‑trade teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
