Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for WAN CHENG CONSTRUCTION. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Estimate resources and budgets required for project completion.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the project budget, approving expenditures and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements and procure materials, labor, and services.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address unexpected delays.
• Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates.
• Oversee quality control, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final closure documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong ability to develop and control project budgets.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Demonstrated skill in risk identification and mitigation.
• Leadership capability to guide and motivate on‑site teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Attention to detail in quality control and regulatory compliance.
