Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, you will independently lead and oversee multiple construction‑related projects from initiation through handover. You will ensure that all phases are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3‑5 projects simultaneously, overseeing all stages from planning to close‑out.
• Prepare and maintain monthly project deliverables such as delivery plans, status reports, cost reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Establish project budgets, forecast expenditures and monitor financial performance to stay within budget.
• Develop detailed project programmes with clear milestones and maintain an up‑to‑date risk register.
• Produce PCG (Project Control Group) reports, chair weekly project meetings and ensure timely distribution of minutes and agendas.
• Lead RFP preparation, scope writing, tender documentation and the procurement process for all vendor packages.
• Conduct value engineering, buildability analysis and design reviews to minimise risk and maximise outcomes.
• Administer contracts with clients, consultants and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
• Oversee invoice processing, variation reviews and obtain client approvals.
• Implement and enforce JLL Health, Safety and Environmental systems and plans.
• Drive project execution in the absence of senior management and manage project close‑out, financial close‑out and contractual documentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a construction or real‑estate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Capability to validate and oversee work produced by Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
