Project Manager – Mechanical/ACMV

About the role

The Project Manager (Mechanical/ACMV) will lead the delivery of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems for construction and engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop work schedules, allocate manpower and control project costs.
• Supervise daily on‑site installations, inspect workmanship and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants and local authorities; lead sub‑contractors and technical teams.
• Review shop drawings and method statements to ensure compliance with industry specifications and local regulations (e.g., BCA, SCDF).
• Oversee system testing, balancing, commissioning and manage final handovers, including as‑built drawings and O&M manuals.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ACMV systems, covering both project management and engineering roles.
• Willingness to be on standby to meet project timelines.

Required skills

• Electrical systems design.
• HVAC installation, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of BCA and SCDF safety/building regulations.
