Project Manager – MEPL / M&E / ACMV Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead MEPL, M&E and ACMV projects across both addition & alteration (A&A) and new‑build initiatives. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, managing planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and inspect site activities to guarantee compliance with timelines, specifications, quality standards and budget.
• Lead execution of MEPL / M&E / ACMV works, ensuring safety, quality and schedule requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports.
• Review the Project Quality Plan and ensure site works follow approved requirements.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations and statutory standards.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Independent, meticulous, highly motivated with strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
