Project Manager – Network Assurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead network assurance initiatives for our clients in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring network uptime, overseeing handovers from engineering to maintenance, and managing high‑impact incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute network assurance plans aligned with service contracts and regional maintenance strategies.
• Oversee operational handover from engineering to long‑term maintenance, managing project initiation, resource scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary custodian of network uptime, coordinating cross‑functional resources during critical outages and handling post‑incident client communications.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to identify, track, and remediate high‑risk technical vulnerabilities before they affect live environments.
• Review and approve complex network modification plans, ensuring safety and continuity.
• Manage high‑priority technical escalations and customer grievances, working directly with client leadership for swift resolution.
• Direct operational and contract resources to enforce network security protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Drive revenue milestones, audit resource hours, and conduct service reviews with CXO‑level client executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in telecommunications or enterprise networking.
• Proven track record leading technical teams, allocating resources, and delivering projects under tight timelines.
• Strong professional presence with the ability to negotiate and build trust with enterprise‑level stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to risk identification, incident resolution, and structured business administration.
