Project Manager – Partner Onboarding

About the role

Apple is seeking a Project Manager to lead partner enablement and onboarding for its Device Enrollment Program. You will coordinate integration projects with global and regional teams, helping channel partners deliver streamlined device enrollment solutions to corporate and institutional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Guide channel partners through the integration process, covering business, technical, accounting, and legal requirements.
• Work with regional sales teams to set integration timelines and manage partner expectations.
• Conduct onsite workshops to align partner strategies, systems, and processes with the program.
• Provide consulting on scalable system and process design to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Act as the liaison between partner technical teams and Apple IS&T, supporting testing, go‑live, and issue resolution.
• Maintain internal schedules, deliver status updates, and drive cross‑functional improvements.

Required profile

• Dynamic, driven, organized, and detail‑oriented leader.
• Strong program and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and resolving conflicts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
