Project Manager (PMP Certification)

About the role

SITA is seeking a Project Manager with PMP certification to lead a variety of initiatives across its global customer base. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients worldwide to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through closure, handling scope, schedule, budget, change, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project activities against plans, take corrective actions, and provide regular status updates to teams, management, and customers.
• Work closely with distributed project teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, maintain satisfaction, and guarantee project objectives are met.
• Produce clear documentation, including communication strategies, resource plans, status reports, change requests, risk logs, variance analyses, steering committee briefs, and lessons‑learned reports.

Required profile

• Proven success managing multiple projects or programs of varying size, complexity, and budget in a commercial setting.
• Experience presenting to executives and senior management.
• Background in IT solutions or airline/airport industry solutions is preferred.
• University degree or equivalent and formal project‑management training (e.g., PMP).
