Project Manager – Process Improvement & ERP Implementation

About the role

Join a leading medical devices manufacturer in Singapore as a Project Manager focused on process improvement and ERP implementation. You will lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and drive operational efficiencies across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, testing, training and go‑live.
• Review existing manufacturing and inventory processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Manage project activities across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and IT, ensuring milestones are met.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement or ERP projects.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management, production planning or warehouse operations.

What we offer

• Monthly salary SGD 8,000 – 9,300 plus completion bonus.
• 1‑year renewable contract with potential conversion to permanent.
• Standard work week Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
• On‑site work at Boon Lay, Singapore.
