Project Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Warees Investments is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end real‑estate and asset development projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting and coordinating all stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle for real‑estate and asset development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve issues, expedite critical deliverables and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports, track risks and support decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required profile

• Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Highly independent, fast learner with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Team‑player mindset.
