Project Manager – Singapore Government Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the Singapore Government and public sector environment. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions meet business and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and project reviews.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure deliverables align with business needs and governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience delivering Singapore Government / Public Sector projects.
• Hands‑on experience performing Business Analysis tasks (requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP are advantageous.
