Project Manager (Technical Initiatives)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives, partnering closely with product teams to ensure successful delivery from implementation through ongoing support. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of cloud and DevOps environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project management for complex technical initiatives, applying advanced knowledge of cloud platforms for infrastructure planning.
• Partner with the Product Manager to manage operational aspects of products and features, guiding them from launch to support.
• Conduct and support system, user, and security testing prior to release.
• Set up and configure DevOps tools and environments.
• Identify and assess operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support audit preparation and incident management processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in full software or product development cycles using Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to handle ambiguous projects with minimal guidance and drive end‑to‑end delivery.
• Experience in government agencies and familiarity with Confluence and JIRA are a plus.
