Project Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Project QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities on site meet the company's quality standards and project specifications. This full‑time position involves regular site inspections, issue investigations, and coordination with various stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc site inspections, verifying compliance with quality standards, procedures, and approved methods.
• Investigate quality issues, equipment failures, and operational problems, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas, monitoring overall housekeeping and working conditions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports, documenting findings, defects, and corrective measures.
• Liaise with site personnel, subcontractors, and other departments to resolve quality and operational issues.

Required profile

• Own a motorcycle and be willing to travel frequently to multiple project sites across Singapore.
• Comfortable working outdoors and conducting frequent site inspections.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to start at the beginning of August 2026.

What we offer

• Monthly salary range of SGD 1,800 – 2,300.
