Projects & Internal Communication Associate – APAC (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join a leading technology company as a Projects & Internal Communication Associate for the APAC region. You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to translate complex benefits information into engaging digital content and support regional initiatives. The role combines creative storytelling, project coordination and stakeholder management in a hybrid Singapore setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create employee communications materials such as videos, reels, visual explainers, EDMs, newsletters, intranet articles, SharePoint content, brochures, guides and campaign assets, simplifying HR and benefits information.
• Design high‑quality visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools and explore AI‑enabled approaches to scale content.
• Support execution of APAC benefits initiatives, coordinate campaigns, maintain documentation, trackers and timelines, and assist with benchmarking and reporting.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and HR Business Partners; gather employee feedback and recommend communication improvements.
• Maintain and update SharePoint, intranet and internal communication platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and up‑to‑date resources.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, communications, marketing, content creation or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
