Property/Facilities Executive

About the role

The Property/Facilities Executive is responsible for overseeing the effective management, maintenance, and safety of property facilities. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and high levels of tenant satisfaction while supporting tenancy management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance workers, service facilities, and conservancy staff.
• Administer and monitor the daily permit‑to‑work system to ensure safety compliance.
• Manage emergency repairs, breakdowns, and provide technical support as an authorised person.
• Coordinate operational matters between the Main Contractor and SDC.
• Handle customer service issues for tenants and the public, ensuring timely resolution.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Attend to tenant complaints and feedback promptly.
• Investigate and report tenancy infringements.
• Assist in surveys and reporting as required by the client.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management (M&E background preferred).
• At least three years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
