Public Relations Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for developing and executing digital content, corporate communications, and heritage asset management to strengthen the company’s reputation, brand awareness, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling digital content and storytelling initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, to enhance corporate visibility and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and manage corporate visits, VIP engagements and visitor‑experience programmes, handling scheduling, content preparation and post‑visit documentation.
• Lead the organization and digital archiving of corporate assets, records, achievements and historical milestones, and leverage them for branding and communication.
• Collaborate with headquarters and cross‑functional teams to align messaging, support strategic projects and maintain consistent stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, content development or related fields.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, storytelling, editorial planning, photography, videography and social‑media communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills; agency experience and regional/global exposure are a plus.
• Proficiency in Korean is advantageous for coordination with headquarters in South Korea.
