Purchase Assistant

About the role

The Purchase Assistant will support the end‑to‑end procurement process for our operations on Jurong Island. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective purchasing of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to purchase requisitions.
• Evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate filing, distribution and documentation of all purchasing records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level, NITEC/NTC, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar procurement role.
• Independent, resourceful, organized with a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month.
