QA Executive – Pharmaceutical (East) – up to $4500

About the role

The Quality Assurance Executive will lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System for our pharmaceutical operations in the East region. You will act as the primary document controller and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Control all quality documentation, including manuals, SOPs, specifications, work instructions, forms, records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, PIC/S, ICH, ASEAN Guidelines, FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage change control activities from impact assessment to implementation and closure.
• Support deviation investigations, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Address quality issues from manufacturing, providing QA support to resolve compliance concerns.
• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Management Review reports.
• Handle customer complaints, product recalls, returns and counterfeit investigations.
• Review packaging artwork, specifications and technical drawings for compliance.
• Provide QA oversight for equipment qualification, validation, machine testing and trial runs.
• Monitor accelerated and real‑time stability programmes.
• Promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Support implementation of electronic QMS (eQMS).

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
