QA Technical Specialist

About the role

PurposeBD is seeking a QA Technical Specialist to provide technical expertise that supports quality functions across daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution. The role leads auditor resource management, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update SOPs, work instructions, and on‑the‑job training documents.
• Conduct investigations, produce root‑cause reports, and evaluate corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and execute skill matrices, training plans, and measurement systems (programming, jig design, MSA).
• Manage auditor resources, AMS, C2C training, and conflict/grievance processes.
• Perform block stock containment verification, CAPA follow‑up, complaint sample failure analysis, and ensure proper record retention.
• Lead measurement equipment troubleshooting, develop defect albums, create limit samples, and support Minitab analysis projects.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and external vendors, and participate in quality assurance committees.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, safety submissions, and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles in a regulated medical‑technology environment.
• Experience leading auditor resources and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to develop documentation, training materials, and measurement systems.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
