QA Technician

About the role

The QA Technician will ensure product quality and traceability through rigorous final inspections, data recording, and compliance with ISO9001 standards in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final inspections using structured checklists and record results against unit serial numbers.
• Maintain SAP inspection lot data, create and manage serial number installations for traceability.
• Generate Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for shipments and coordinate release with Goods Out.
• Pack inspected units per internal standards, transfer to stock, and close SAP inspection lots.
• Maintain measuring equipment, monitor calibration status, and follow work instructions and SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably handling precision laser components.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems and clean‑room procedures.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• SAP system usage for inspection lot and serial number management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to operate basic test and inspection equipment.
• Interpretation of manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and test results.
