QA/QC Assistant Engineer

About the role

Citadel Search is seeking an assistant QA/QC Engineer to support the quality management function for a large-scale LTA infrastructure project. The role ensures that site activities meet contractual, regulatory and technical standards through material testing, systematic inspections, documentation control and coordination with project stakeholders. It offers strong exposure to infrastructure and civil engineering works.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate material testing, inspections and quality checks for construction works.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, test reports, RFIT and QA/QC documentation.
• Assist in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), checklists and material submissions.
• Monitor and follow up on quality issues and non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants on QA/QC matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Familiarity with LTA project requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site personnel.
