QC Technician – Precision Inspection

About the role

We are looking for a diligent QC Technician to join our engineering team in Tampines. You will be responsible for inspecting precision parts and ensuring they meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑process, final and incoming inspections of precision parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and CMM machines.
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Record inspection results on quality forms and maintain documentation for traceability and audits.
• Identify and report non‑conformities, support root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures, work instructions and safety standards throughout production.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a quality control or inspection role.
• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges and coordinate‑measuring machines (CMM).
