Qlik Architect – Enterprise Analytics Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise‑scale analytics solutions on the Qlik platform. The role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to deliver high‑performance, scalable BI solutions in a regulated banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end BI and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView, defining enterprise architecture, data integration, modeling, governance and security.
• Architect scalable Qlik environments (on‑premise and cloud), manage server architecture, security, performance tuning and migration strategies such as QlikView to Qlik Sense.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor Qlik developers, establish development standards, reusable assets and governance frameworks.
• Optimize dashboards and data models for large data volumes, implement monitoring, logging and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners and business analysts, and participate in architecture reviews and enterprise data strategy initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Qlik solutions in banking or other regulated industries, including multi‑country, multi‑segment access models.
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL design, and pushing transformation logic to data warehouses (SQL on Teradata, Trino/Impala).
• Experience with Qlik Sense Enterprise, Qlik Cloud, QMC, incremental loads and ODAG.
• Ability to lead re‑architecture or migration projects from design through production.
