Quality Assurance Analyst – AML/CFT Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to independently evaluate the work of Business Compliance Control Officers (BCCO) and ensure strict adherence to AML/CFT and CPF regulatory requirements, internal policies, and control standards. The role involves conducting risk‑based sampling reviews, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent, risk‑based QA reviews of AML/CFT cases handled by BCCOs.
• Assess case handling, documentation, and decision‑making against regulatory and internal standards.
• Document findings, root causes, and severity, and escalate significant control weaknesses.
• Identify processing errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and compare operational practices with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCCOs and business units to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Anti‑Money Laundering or Financial Crime Compliance are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and sanctions regulatory frameworks, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Analytical and investigative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
