About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on hotel training and quality assurance. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating hotel operations, analysing performance data, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct unannounced, undercover evaluations of hotel areas, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and official guidelines.
• Analyse evaluation data to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps, producing targeted reports for department heads.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and align training content based on analysis findings.
• Set performance benchmarks and establish continuous‑improvement initiatives, monitoring progress through regular meetings and dashboards.
• Lead daily briefings with department leaders, manage documentation, and prepare periodic reports.
• Promote a positive work environment that reflects the OneMBS culture and uphold safety and health policies.
