Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will support DSV’s logistics operations by ensuring manufacturing issues are identified, contained and prevented. You will work closely with stakeholders, QC inspectors and warehouse teams to maintain high quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to validate and follow up on logistics‑related manufacturing issues.
• Identify defect causes through warehouse validation and collaborate with QC inspectors.
• Drive containment, correction and preventive actions for reported logistics issues.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, handle stakeholder complaints and propose process improvements.
• Perform quarterly process audits, report findings and ensure closure.
• Draft quality instructions, guidance and stand‑down communications.
• Review logistics work instructions and customer QMS, delivering training to warehouse personnel.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics performance reports.
• Conduct visual inspections and report non‑conformities.
• Support KPI achievement and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience with proven implementation of 8D, CAPA, SOP training and workflow design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage training schedules effectively.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 standards and compliance requirements.
