Quality Control Due Diligence Consultant

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Quality Control Due Diligence Consultant to join its APAC team in Singapore. You will ensure that customer due‑diligence files meet all regulatory and internal standards while supporting the broader KYC function.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑level quality control reviews on customer due‑diligence files.
• Verify that due‑diligence work complies with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with KYC Makers to resolve identified issues and highlight discrepancies.
• Compile QC review results, flag concerns, and escalate to senior team members or management.
• Handle moderately complex queries with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Support the evaluation and improvement of due‑diligence processes.
• Identify common errors or trends and contribute to training initiatives.
• Assist with ad‑hoc requests such as audits, testing, and regulatory activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of due‑diligence, risk management, client service, operations support, or related experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency; familiarity with reporting or MI is a plus.
