Quality Engineer – Global Manufacturing & Operations

About the role

As a Quality Engineer in Secretlab’s Global Manufacturing and Operations team, you will ensure that our award‑winning gaming chairs meet the highest quality standards from concept through production and after‑sales. You will work closely with design, engineering and sourcing teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own product quality throughout the entire product life‑cycle, from development to production and post‑sale support.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on product and process issues, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor, analyse and report quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Lead improvement initiatives that raise quality standards for products, processes and suppliers.
• Maintain the quality management system, including regular inspections, testing and supplier audits.
• Support risk assessments and develop risk‑management plans to mitigate quality issues.
• Provide timely support to Customer Service by translating market feedback into actionable quality improvements.
• Assist in creating and delivering training on quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience with supplier quality management, manufacturing processes or relevant coursework is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and BIFMA standards.
• Certification as a quality engineer is an advantage.
