Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer will lead quality and reliability activities within a semiconductor fab environment. You will work closely with fab teams to ensure quality goals are met, drive continuous improvement, and support customer quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute fab engineering change quality and reliability control activities.
• Summarize and analyse fab quality goal results, collaborating with fab teams for continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal audits of quality documentation and records.
• Perform fab process quality audits, track Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and follow up on implementation.
• Handle major fab events, manage follow‑up actions and validate event closure.
• Audit process technology transfer releases and trace associated CARs.
• Prepare routine customer quality reports.
• Manage customer RMA samples, investigate issues and track CAPA actions.
• Monitor Fab Gate Oxide C‑V results, identify abnormalities and track product quality.
• Validate Best Known Methods (BKM) from VIS fabs or TSMC qualification.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry quality tools and methodologies.
• Analytical and quantitative problem‑solving approach.
