Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support our construction projects by preparing tender documents, managing project costs and administering contract documentation. The role ensures accurate financial control and timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, perform cost planning and develop budget estimates.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and manage progress claims to track expenditures.
• Administer project documentation, including interim valuations and pricing of contract variations.
• Update and submit claim documentation in compliance with contract terms.
• Participate in post‑tender clarifications and support contract finalisation.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors’ progress claims.
• Manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation to address project challenges.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant local construction experience is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle project milestones.
• Self‑motivated and proactive attitude.

• Salary range SGD 3,000 – 3,800 per month.
