Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will support the full project lifecycle, from tendering to final hand‑over, ensuring accurate cost management and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender documentation and submissions.
• Process progress claims and monitor project budgets.
• Coordinate site meetings and liaise with contractors and consultants.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations for materials and services.
• Oversee awarded works from commencement through to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Minimum diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Quantity Surveying).

Required skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
