Quantity Surveyor

About the role
We are looking for a competent Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves handling measurements, preparing bills of quantities and supporting tender and contract administration activities.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and perform accurate measurements.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities for projects.
- Analyse tender documents, contracts, specifications and terms of contract.
- Analyse quotations, rates and build‑up pricing to support cost estimation.
- Administer contracts, including valuation of payments, variation claims and related documentation.
- Carry out tender activities required for procurement of new projects.
- Collaborate independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in ancillary activities such as company charity events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office.
