Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a competent Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves handling measurements, preparing bills of quantities and supporting tender and contract administration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and perform accurate measurements.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities for projects.
• Analyse tender documents, contracts, specifications and terms of contract.
• Analyse quotations, rates and build‑up pricing to support cost estimation.
• Administer contracts, including valuation of payments, variation claims and related documentation.
• Carry out tender activities required for procurement of new projects.
• Collaborate independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in ancillary activities such as company charity events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
