Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Support tendering and project cost management by preparing detailed cost analyses, managing subcontractor quotations, and controlling project budgets. Ensure timely and accurate submissions and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue tender opportunities to expand the project portfolio.
• Analyze architectural drawings and material specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor quotations for various trades.
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions, including bills of quantities, and coordinate final approval.
• Monitor project progress, maintain vendor communication, and control budgets.
• Measure and value contract variations for interim payments and final accounts.

Required profile

• Diploma in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Singapore.
• AUTOCAD proficiency is a bonus.

Required skills

• AUTOCAD drafting.
• Bill of Quantities preparation.
