About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our law firm in Singapore. You will deliver high‑quality front‑facing services while providing essential operational support to the broader business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and greet all visitors with professionalism.
- Handle telephone inquiries and digital correspondence, coordinating internal and external communications.
- Schedule and prepare meeting facilities to ensure seamless daily activities.
- Provide administrative assistance to professional staff, including document management and record‑keeping.
- Oversee office logistics by managing vendor relationships and supporting the distribution of incoming materials.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a front‑of‑house or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a professional workplace conduct.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to support team operations and office maintenance tasks.
- Fluency in Mandarin for frequent interaction with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
