About the role
We are seeking a driven recruiter to join our fast‑growing Commodities & Shipping team. You will partner with leading trading houses, shipowners and logistics providers to build high‑performing teams while benefiting from uncapped earnings and clear career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and attract top talent across the commodities trading and shipping sectors.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, understanding candidate motivations and career goals.

Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within commodities, trading or shipping.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with commercial awareness.
