Recruitment Consultant, APAC

About the role

Timeo-Performance, an HR consultancy founded in Asia in 2008 and operating globally, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (APAC) in Singapore. The consultant delivers retained and executive search projects brought in by Recruitment Partners, manages its own portfolio and contributes to client acquisition in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver retained and executive search projects assigned by Recruitment Partners
• Manage the recruitment process from client brief, candidate screening to offer stage and beyond, working with the candidate managers
• Promote and sell recruitment solutions to build your own portfolio and contribute to the client acquisition roadmap in APAC
• Work collaboratively with the team and share ideas on company projects
• Use internal tools and the database according to company standards

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry and in a consultant role
• Ability to deliver a recruitment project autonomously
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Expertise in specific functions or industries is welcome
• Highly personable, reliable, owner-driven and honest
