Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360° recruitment cycle while driving business development and client relationships. You will partner closely with clients, identify hiring opportunities, and build long‑term candidate networks to deliver high‑quality talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new client opportunities to grow the business.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, workforce plans and market conditions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from briefing to placement.
• Source, attract and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and negotiate offers.
• Provide career guidance and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Deliver market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in agency recruitment handling 360° end‑to‑end processes.
• Strong interest and capability in business development and sales.
• Confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Results‑driven, resilient and comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
