Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad, you will receive direct support and mentorship from your manager and an experienced colleague. The role offers the chance to collaborate across the wider business and with regional markets, helping you develop a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
• Identify and engage new client businesses while expanding existing accounts through exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to capture hiring needs and share market trends.
• Source and assess talent for clients ranging from start‑ups to global MNCs across multiple industries.
• Interview candidates, negotiate salary packages, and provide interview coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or a related field with a strong interest in a rewarding sales‑oriented career.
• Proven teamwork and leadership abilities with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for business development.
