Recruitment Consultant – Remote (5‑7 yrs experience)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join PeopleLAKE Group on a remote basis. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience and thrives in a 360‑degree environment, managing both client and candidate relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates and client accounts.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience in a 360‑degree role.
- Proven track record in business development and candidate sourcing.
- Certified Recruiter with a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about talent matching.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work‑permit sponsorship).
