Recruitment Coordinator – Contract (Financial Services)

About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will partner with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring pipeline within a fast‑moving financial services environment. This six‑month renewable contract focuses on end‑to‑end interview coordination and new‑hire onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the full onboarding process, ensuring timely system and platform setup for new hires.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, handling high volumes and tight timelines.
- Liaise with HR, IT and hiring managers to confirm onboarding timelines, role‑specific requirements and compliance checkpoints.
- Manage Day 1 logistics, including system access provisioning, equipment allocation, workspace setup and documentation flow.
- Maintain meticulous records of onboarding and interview progress, flagging delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure all onboarding actions meet internal audit and regulatory standards, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and interview‑related queries from internal stakeholders and new hires.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on onboarding, HR operations or recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and onboarding workflows, preferably within regulated financial institutions.
- High attention to detail, strong process discipline and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
